I am planning on going but have done nothing about it apart from check it's right over on the eastern boarder.

I am pondering over this, but not at all sure. Anyone looked at flight costs yet?

I was going to go after the enthusiasm of the excellent event on Sunday, but sadly come Tuesday night ride the reality of pain in my right hip kicked home that I am not yet fixed. If that's the effect of two sprint races I'm not in a position to commit to go :-(

OK, it's coming up to crunch point and we need to submit numbers going and pay 50% of accommodation, meals, entry and transport fees by 15th April.

Approximate costs are as follows:
Accommodation: 120 Euros per person for 9 nights - 23rd to 31st August
Meal - half board - breakfast and Dinner - 180 Euros for 9 nights - we could sort ourselves out here - thoughts gratefully received.
Entry fees:
WMTBOC: 315 Euros
JMTBOC: 200 Euros
WMMTBOC: 130 Euros
Charlie and I will have a chat to discuss how best to pay but in the meantime please be prepared that we will be coming to you asking for a payment of at least 50% fairly shortly.

Crunch time.

Charlie and I will be submitting the registration on 7th April so we need to know numbers for competition, food and accomodation by then. For those of you who haven't confirmed already please let me know by 4th April.

I appreciate that some of you are unable to commit at this stage which is fine and I'm sure that the Poles will take money off you later, but we can't guarantee that your accomm will be close to ours.
