Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to Martin and everyone else involved in organising this event. Fantastic riding, lovely dusty moorland singletrack and a plenty of route choice (as I found out). The riding was so good we did another ride in the same area on the Sunday taking in the Southern loop over to Edmundbyers. We then went back on to the northern moors but had to stick to only bridleways this time as all the private access trails were now closed, still an amazing ride. We both love riding events in areas that are new to us and I think this was the best one yet, well worth the drive up from Manchester! Missing out on a few events now as off to the Himalayas but looking forward to riding many more on my return. Thanks again. |

Yes I agree it was excellent. Having access to the estate roads gave loads of route choice and I was suprised how far away from Blanchland we managed to get ! Conditions couldn't have been better. Couldn't believe the score Andy managed, did he have a motorbike ? |

Yes, super event. I have lived near Blanchland for 35 years, and never had the opportunity to ride on those estate roads. Getting use of the Riddlehamhope track really opened up access to the rest of the Shire from |
