I'd love to come to Russia! Unless anything spectacular happens in Sweden I will prob do the open races. But I am happy like that until I crack this map reading malarkey!

Some details for those considering going.

Entry Fees 220-250 euros depending on relay teams. (includes banquet I think)
Accomodation (full pension, probably not lunch) 250-30 Euros depending on numbers in rooms.
BA Flight £280 - 300 from Heathrow, unless anyone wants to chance Rossiya airways....
Either use Russian provided Transport at 100 euros or Car Hire

Payments need to be there by the 1st of August otherwise there will be a latepayment charge of another 100 euros per person.

So budget cost for the trip is approx £820

One more thing.
To represent GB you need to hold a UK passport so by definition will need a Visa for entry to Russia.
Expect another £35.00 + apply for it almost as soon as you get the go-ahead from the selectors.
