National Championship Weekend Bronte Country RESULTS

The National Championship Weekend was held over the weekend of the 9th and 10th June. This was the first time that this area has been used for an MBO Score event and it proved to be a very popular venue. The New Delight Inn at Jack Bridge up above Hebden Bridge gave an elevated start but inevitably you had to go down at some point resulting in a lot of climbing. Following a long spell of hot dry weather the tracks were dusty running super fast. Fortunately having the campsite at the back of the pub meant that rehydration was a simple task!
Many thanks to John Houlihan, who was ably supported by son Ben, for planning and organising a brilliant weekend of competition. Congratulations go to Tom Gibb, who managed to clear up on both days, and Angela Brand-Barker for their overall wins. Well done to all of the class winners as well. the full listing is shown below.
