MBO Score League 2022

The 2022 MBO Score league is now under way with 5 events having already happened. It can be viewed by following the links in "Results League" in the left hand column.
There are a couple of changes with the league this year.
Organisers can now claim organiser points based on the average of their best three events over the season. This change was actually brought in for 2020 but COVID delays mean that this is the first year that it will have full effect. Local league coordinators will have to remember to tell me who the organiser is when they submit their results.
Perhaps a bigger change was to allow events that use phone based apps to be included in the league for the first time. There is no doubt that COVID has encouraged the use of these apps and organisers certainly find them easier to use.
As with any changes there are always people for and against. Both of these changes will be reviewed over the forthcoming season and riders can make up their own minds. In the meantime if you have any comments we would love to hear from you.

The league is looking healthy for 2022 with many events starting to appear on the calendar. Let us all hope that we have a successful uninterrupted season.
