Well done to all those who rode in a sunny Wentwood on Sunday. I was a bit worried when I heard the rain at 5am in the morning as the ground does deteriorate quite quickly down there. However I think it was all running pretty well, especially when you think it is mid-October. For info, Gary Davies had a mechanical & had to retire in his first hour.
Here are the results & I will update the final league standings later. Well done to Si Gittings who riding on home turf, nabbed top spot. Jon Heissig was 2nd & Alex Boakes 3rd. Top female riders were Jill Manning with Ruth Pickvance in 2nd.
