What a wonderful area for a long race! So much scope for route choice in beautiful weather on a stunning estate. Plenty of riding variety too. Planning was good fun also. For what its worth (and it is dependent on riders individual strengths) I thought the best decisions on the key legs were (using A course numbering)
2-3 south
4-5 left over the hill
5-6 south
6-7 straight
12-13 didn't matter much
14-15 up the track
18-19 south around the bottom.
