Event three of the 2018 series took place at Watchtree Nature reserve which is the home to the Watchtree Wheelers.

We often take the simply pleasure of riding a bike for granted. Watchtree Wheelers aim to make it possible for all people to ride - no matter what obstacles might stand in their way.

To this end they have a fleet of adapted bikes, a glorious nature reserve for riders to explore and a wealth of knowledge in their experienced instructors.

Our event supports the great work of this charity and as a result of your sweat and tears on the night, a cheque will be heading their way to continue their work. Thanks also to those who bought food from the BBQ that Dan had laid on for us. Proceeds from this also helped to swell their coffers.

Instead of rushing around as you did on Wednesday why not take time to revisit the reserve in a more leisurely way and take a walk or ride around to explore the wide variety of habitats and wildlife. You must also take time to look in on the Wheelers to experience first hand the great work they do.

We head back West on the 4th July and to the Wild Duck at Branthwaite. They will have a full bar menu to choose from as well as a selection of drinks to quench your thirst.
